Maybe technology freaks you out?
Perhaps new ideas and new ways of communication make you really uncomfortable.
Maybe you feel intimidated by the younger generation who manipulate and master technology with ease.
It’s no reason to feel shame.
Think back to your first job when you lacked competence, let alone mastery.
There was no reason to feel shame then and there is none now.
It’s just another opportunity to learn, grow and deal with change as it comes.
