Last night, my wife and I shared a dinner with my son and daughter-in-law. It was wonderful being together.
It was only a few short months ago during the lockdown that this would have been impossible. It was a terrible time being away from them and not being able to hug and kiss each other and spend an evening together.
It’s easy to forget the pain of loss, the pain of separation, and the loss of closeness—just like it’s all too easy to forget to be grateful.
What are you grateful for?
