Besides an interesting and insightful discussion, Greg made a comment that shook me to the bone. I will avoid trying to quote it but here’s the context:
What happens between the day you are born and the day you die matters: the DASH!
In other words, the dash between a person’s birth and death dates on their tombstone represents the entire life they lived. I implore you to consider this question in terms of your legacy. How you wish to be remembered and the impact on others matters — it’s up to you to define your ‘dash’.
