Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and immigrating to the United States made for a world of opportunity, leading to a journey of thought, medicine, and compassion in the hopes of making for a better world.

Angel recently authored the new book The Art of the Routine, where he explores the concept of routineology and how creating a routine that works for you can improve longevity, performance, and adaptability.
