Do you remember the old Alka Seltzer commercial, “Try it, you’ll like it”? It’s one of those memes that became part of our culture and was repeated endlessly during its run (and well into the future).
This old saying plays a very important role in Chapter X. The idea of trying something new, unknown, unexplored, or previously undiscovered is key to expanding your experience, thoughts, knowledge, and well-being.
New experiences have the potential to carve new neural pathways, heighten your awareness, broaden your perspectives, and improve your life.
The fact is you only have to try something. There’s no lifetime commitment or requirement to continue. The only thing you need is to open your mind to explore. As I share with others, try something new…once. If you like it, do it again. If you don’t…try something else.
he key is to continue unlocking new doors to possibilities.
