Biohacking can be described as do-it-yourself biology. For many “biohackers,” this consists of making small, incremental diet or lifestyle changes to make small improvements in your health and well-being.
In Chapter X, improving or maintaining optimal health becomes a greater challenge as our parts wear out or the effects of diet, stress, lack of exercise, etc. begin to take their toll.
