There’s a growing trend of men who are financially prepared to retire, but finding themselves reluctant to step out of the working world for good. For some, that’s where exploring a second act career comes in.

My guest today, Greg Burnett, found that an alternative career was his path to fulfill a mission of giving back. After working for IBM for 36 years, Greg Burnett expanded his experience by fulfilling an Encore Fellowship with the Salvation Army.
