If COVID-19 has taught us anything, it is that there are just too many things that are beyond our control.
We can’t control the activities of the government, other people’s choices and pretty much anything else.
But it has also highlighted that there are things we can control.
We can control our decision to wear a mask, social distance, exercise, eat right and sleep.
We can control how we respect others and how we help others.
We can control whether we share our knowledge, experience and bounty with others in need.
We can control our level of openness to new ideas, new technologies and new people.
Focus on what you can control and let the rest go.
