I don’t know about you, but I know that I don’t have the stamina I used tohave. I mean, I can easily recall my days as an accountant (yes, many, many years ago), working 18 hour days without a problem. Not that I’d want to, but I know I can’t do that anymore.
Now, I am careful not to overload my schedule on any given day. I make sure to include time for exercise, self-care, volunteer work, music, home tasks, and other activities, without trying to pack too much into one day. To be honest, this is a prime example of learning from my mistakes!
