Eggshells and breath-holding

Transitions, whether global or personal, can bring feelings of dread, uncertainty and fear.

It’s like walking on eggshells, waiting for something to happen. It’s far from comfortable. In fact, you can even feel it on your skin, that certain unease.

Try releasing your breath. Take and release several breaths and let go of the tension you’re holding. (If you’re like me, you’ll feel it in your shoulders.)

Meanwhile, the news is universally bad. After all, that IS the job of the media: to excite, rile you up and bring you all the stories that will keep you locked onto their message. “If it bleeds it leads” is their mantra.

But honestly, is it realistic to believe that NO GOOD NEWS EXISTS ANYWHERE?

Of course not…take another breath.

We’ll be ok if we pull together and work towards solutions.
