I watched the Super Bowl without a rooting interest. It was a good game and some of the commercials were really funny. The halftime show was a spectacle. While I am not hip-hop fan, I enjoyed it a lot.
What caught my ear was Eminem’s song, Lose Yourself, which used to be on my workout playlist. The line that captures my interest is:
“Success is my only motherf#%&in’ option, failure’s not”
This line has been a huge motivator since I first heard it back in 2002.
I think it’s just as applicable in Chapter X…maybe the definition of success has changed, but the idea remains the same.
