Due to circumstances beyond my control, including an upper respiratory issue, wisdom tooth removal, and my son and family coming home, there will be no Zoom get-together this month.
Our table this year will include my three granddaughters, my children, members of my daughter-in-law’s family, and some dear friends. Wendy has been baking, and I will don my apron to handle the proteins. It’s guaranteed to be loving, loud, and lavish, and I will wear a smile throughout.
We will, as we always do, take a moment to remember those no longer with us and feel the gratitude of wonderful memories. Speaking of gratitude, and with Thanksgiving being my very favorite holiday of the year, I cannot let this moment pass without expressing my thanks to you all.
To those of you who join in on the monthly Zooms, those who take the time to read my messages, those who take a moment to respond, those who tune in to the podcasts, those who are waiting in the wings to join, and those who are out there just trying to live your best life, I am grateful to you all.
I do what I do (podcasts, writing, Zooms, coaching) because it is part of my passion to be of service and hopefully create a “safe space” to share ideas, learn from each other, and come together as a community.
As always, I welcome your feedback, ideas, and constructive criticism. I also ask that you share Chapter X with others who might be approaching or already in their next stage of life.
Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving and looking forward to our next meeting in December.
Cheers!
