I don’t know about you, but I sometimes feel resistance when I face challenges. For example, I enjoy travel but I very much do not enjoy the process of travel. You know….dealing with packing, getting to the airport, lines, cranky people, delays, etc.
So I know that if I travel, I’ll have to push through the dread of all the things that irk me to move forward.
My process in dealing with these areas of resistance is to imagine what lies beyond the annoyance. If the image is attractive enough, I can move through the junk with ease. If not, well, that’s another story.
