I ask myself a lot of questions. Some I dismiss as nothing more than a study in the unanswerable. You know, questions like: How long will I maintain a good quality of life? How will I be remembered when I’m gone?
They’re important questions, but they rely purely on conjecture and are almost guaranteed to cause an Excedrin headache.
Then there are questions that, at least in my mind, are worthy of thought, consideration, and action. For example: What can I do today to add as much quality to my life as possible within my control? What can I do to contribute to the legacy I wish to leave?
So the real question is, which questions are worth pondering, which should be avoided, and how do we determine which have the potential for a fruitful harvest and which will just make our heads ache?
