One of the biggest challenges of aging is health concerns. Of course, the ultimate end is rarely attractive, but it’s the time between now and then that should capture our attention. The data is clear: staying active (both physically, mentally and spiritually) affects how we age.
I propose we share what we do so that others can learn. We can compile the ideas and share them on the Slack Channel or the website.

Here are some of my health regimes:
- I see a foundational physician to look at areas of health that my regular Internist doesn’t.
- I engage in weight training and cardio 4X per week
- I take supplements that align with the doctor’s recommendations.
- I see or communicate with my children and grandchildren frequently.
- I have the Chapter X community of friends in addition to my local friends.
- I love to read and spend a fair amount of time reading in all areas of interest including fiction.
