Observations from the March Zoom

By April 23, 2024 No Comments

As you all know, if you read the blogs, I host a monthly Zoom get-together.

Each month, a group of men sign in for one hour to share their thoughts on topics offered for discussion or whatever is on their minds at the time. There are some regular attendees and others who drop in from time to time.

Here are a few observations from this experience:

  • When given the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas in a non-judgmental space, great things happen.

  • There is an open desire to be REAL.

  • Fantastic ideas are shared.

  • Human experiences, such as disappointment, personal challenges, joy, successes, learning, and caring happen each month.

  • You don’t need to be in the same geographic location to create community.

If you’ve been unsure about joining in on a monthly Zoom, I hope you’ll consider coming by. There are no rules, except we don’t talk about sports, politics, or what beverage is in your glass.

Feel free to drop in, listen, share your thoughts, and become part of the community of men in Chapter X.
