What YOU can do

If you’re in the age group of “most vulnerable”, you probably see the world through different lenses.

Our patterns have changed.

Our freedom has been limited.

Our lives are in jeopardy.

We can take some action to protect ourselves beyond washing hands, wearing protective gear and social distancing.

Think of it in terms of what you need to start doing, stop doing and continue doing.

For example, the research is full of data that suggests the following actions will help:

Build your immune system.

Improve sleep.

Avoid alcohol and sugar.

Be physically active. 

Give and receive emotional support.

Stay busy and engaged.

Connect with others.

Try new things that challenge you.

Stay positive.

Laugh.

Love.

Let go of unnecessary beliefs/habits.

Interestingly enough, these apply to your life in Chapter X, whether you’re in quarantine or not. Hmmm…
