Redefining Failure

By May 9, 2026 No Comments

It’s normal to think of failure as something bad, and indeed, in certain contexts, it is.

But failure, as we’ve learned from Thomas Edison, is often the step before success. Failure can be fertile ground for growth and learning. It can be the motivation for change. It can also be a signal that you might need to take a step back and reassess.

I strongly believe that the absence of growth is failure. The absence of exploring or trying something is failure, and the lack of belief in oneself is failure as well.

How do you define failure? How do you use it to move forward, or how does it hold you back?

It’s a worthy discussion.
